Refund policy

Returns (30 days)

We offer a 30-day return policy for orders placed on elixore.com, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare/personal care products, except where required by law.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at sales@elixore.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Do not send returns to any address without approval, as returns for Elixore orders may be routed to an authorized returns facility.

Fulfillment and return routing (Amazon MCF/FBA)

Orders from elixore.com may be fulfilled through our US fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Because of this, returns may need to be sent to an authorized processing location provided at the time of approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (14 days)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@elixore.com (photos are helpful).

Our preferred resolution is a replacement item, shipped at no cost to you when available. If a replacement isn’t available, we will offer an alternative resolution (such as a refund).

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

  • For other eligible returns (unused and unopened items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare/personal care products

  • Final sale items (unless required by law)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected (or after approval where a return is not required).
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@elixore.com.

Amazon orders

This policy applies to purchases made on elixore.com only. If you purchased Elixore products on Amazon, please initiate returns through Amazon according to Amazon’s return process.
