Elixore Shipping Policy (USA)

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Shipping rates

  • Free US shipping on orders $40 and above

  • Orders under $40 ship at the rate shown at checkout

Shipping rates (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. In rare cases (for example, due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or remote delivery areas), delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Fulfillment partners (Amazon MCF/FBA)

Orders placed on elixore.com may be fulfilled through our US fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). As a result:

  • Your package may arrive in packaging that is not branded Elixore

  • Items may ship in separate packages if they ship from different fulfillment locations

  • Tracking details are provided once your order ships

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your package appears delayed or is marked delivered but not received, please contact sales@elixore.com within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@elixore.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
